Yoga Class 1-31-26
Gentle Flow — Body + Mind Yoga (Up to 6–7 students)
Find your breath, meet your body, and leave a little lighter. Gentle Flow is a small-class yoga experience designed to hold beginners, intermediate movers, and advanced practitioners in the same welcoming space. With a maximum of 6–7 people, each session feels like a community practice tailored to where you are today.
What to expect
Trauma-informed guidance: Classes are taught with sensitivity to nervous-system needs. Offerings are permission-based, language is invitational (options, not commands), and modifications are always available.
Inclusive environment: All bodies, identities, and abilities are honored. Props, verbal cues, and accessible sequencing make the practice adaptable for everyone.
Multi-level options: Clear demonstrations and layered instruction let beginners learn fundamentals while intermediate and advanced students explore deeper variations — all within one class.
Mind–body connection: Gentle transitions, breathwork, and mindful moments emphasize awareness and nervous-system regulation, not performance.
Small class benefit: With 6–7 students, the instructor can offer individualized attention and safe adjustments when appropriate.
Who this is for
Newcomers who want a calm, supportive introduction
Regular practitioners seeking a slower, mindful flow

Practical details
Bring a mat, water, and an openness to try things at your pace*
Props provided (blocks, straps, bolsters)
