Why I Do Not Accept Insurance
I choose not to accept insurance to protect your confidentiality and autonomy.
Insurance companies require diagnostic labels, treatment plans, and session details that become part of permanent medical records. By remaining private-pay only, your therapeutic work stays yours—confidential, self-directed, and free from outside restrictions.
